This is a new house in Myli, just 5 minutes' drive from Lakki. From the front there are fantastic views to Lakki bay, with Kalymnos beyond. At the rear of the house, there are panoramic views from Gourna bay in the West to Turkey in the East. Gourna beach and Drymonas are 5-10 minutes by car.

Myli is a peaceful, traditional area and, because of its elevated position, benefits from being a little cooler in the Summer. The house has been designed in a traditional, island style but maximises light indoors. There are two sitting-out areas – one facing South and one facing North – to take advantage of the amazing views.

There are sea views from almost every window and it is possible to watch the sun rise in the morning in the East and set in the West. The house can be extended and there is space to add a garage.
